I use an altered FLIGHTSIM.FLT file that starts me out as cold and dark without fuel. When I first start the C130 it starts cold and dark without fuel. If I start an engine then reset the flight the C130 stays with that one (or more) engines running even though it has NO FUEL. So I would say yes your plane is broken for running an engine without fuel; however, I am willing to overlook this amazing deviation from reality.
I created a new "default" flight using the FS Cessna C172 with no fuel in the fuel tanks (0%). When I loaded the CS C-130 and checked the fuel, ALL the fuel tanks on the C-130 are at 100% too. When I reload the C172 that I started the flight from, it now has 100% fuel. This happened every time I tried to start my C-130 without fuel. I think it is just a case of when you load the C-130 you will get it with 100% fuel. HOWEVER. When I created a flight with the C-130 (0% fuel) and set it as the default flight. When I load this flight, it IS empty, NO fuel. When I switched to a different C-130, it also had empty tanks. Weird! Try starting with the C-130 as the default flight with empty tanks seeing as it seems to work that way.

My next questions is in regards to the EICAS displays. In the 3D view they give me a readout of the engines. In the 2D view they display all zeros as if the engines were turned off. Does the 2D panel EICAS work?
In mine, the 2D Panels (Main, EICAS and FO) and 3D VC gauges are all displaying the same engine readings.

Third problem/question is in regards to the autopilot. If I turn the autopilot on from the 2D panel then pull up the autopilot popup it will show that the autopilot is turned off. Or as an alternative if I turn the autopilot on from the autopilot popup the 2D panel will show it as being off. I can try this in any combination of on and off and the 2D panel and the autopilot popup will never reflect the same state. Does anyone know what is happening with the autopilot?
My VC autopilot and my 2D Autopilot Panel always match each other. Sometimes I use the 2D A/P Panel, other times I use the 3D A/P. If I change it using the 2D, I can see it change on the 3D VC panel and vice-versa. For me it makes no difference.

Have you tried reinstalling the CS C-130 to see if it fixes the last two problems?

Hope this helps.

Mark
