Sorry for that. I didn't think to say what to use to open the files with. :(

I have set notepad as my default program for opening .cfg files, but that's my preference. I am also using Windows 7 Pro 64bit and I don't need to turn the User Account Control off (I can't say for other versions of Windows 7 as I don't have or use them), but those using Windows Vista (any version) will need to turn User Account Control off, like Michael said.
