Wrestling now with this same avioncs bug.  In the screenie of your OH panel you say:

The switches in your screenie to my eyes are VERTICAL.  Was this shot taken before you turned them to horizontal, or did you actually mean to leave the switches to "vertical" for the remainder of the flight?
