Title: APU sound does not stop.

I tried for two hours to submit a ticket but everytime i hit the submit button t tells me that all the fields need to be filled. I fill every form field and still the same. So, I am asking the question here.

I click the APU off and the APU sound does not stop. Any fixes?

And for your information I did search the KB for APU, APU SOUND, SOUND, SOUND ISSUES with no resultes returned.
What does this mean " avoid your request cancellation and posting removal" ?

Are you saying that you would cancel my account if I dont search the KB first? I am confused. Anyway when I tried to use the support ticket, After unsuccessful searching, I could not use the submit button. It kept telling me that I needed to fill in the fields marked in red, to wich there were none because all fields where filled in or selected from the drop down.

No. This means that you need to search Knowledge Base before asking questions here at forum. The majority of questions are already answered there, so it better and more convenient than waiting for answer here.

There are no issues with ticket submission, we have just checked. Please try again.

I am goint to try it again.. So just ignore the ticket if it works....
