If you mean landind using "Autoland" then it goes like this: catch ILS/turn towards the runway, when glideslope alive wait till the glideslope sign reaches approx. 1 point before centre, then hit "App" button (below "Loc" button), the plain will automatically catch the glideslope and begin descendind.
