During the online sale (Thanks so much for conducting that fantastic sale), I bought the 727 base pack.

During landing, I noticed that the Thrust reverse panels are not opening. Is there another key for this feature on the 727? The default key is "F2".

Also, I cannot get the service panels for the right and left engines to open. The service panels for the center engine are working, in that I am able to open them.

Can anyone help me out with this?

Only the RE models with Jt8D-217 engines have bucket reversers. The standard models have a different type of reverser that does not show externally. Everything is internal.

OK, Thanks. Is there a model within the Captain Sim 727 base pack that includes the Jt8D-217 engines? Or, do I need to purchase one of the expansion packs to get these engines?

Yes. The Boeing 727-100 another company/RE, 727-200 RE, 727-200 another company/RE, as well as some of the Freighter Models that have RE and the end. Here's a snip from the KB's.

Q: Do not see engine reversers animation on some models.

A: The JT8D-9A engine reverser does not have any moving exterior parts. But the JT8D-217 engine does (727RE models only). See the product web site and seach www for details on the JT8D engines.
