Hi,

It seems that there is a problem with the switching over from the captains view to the first officers view. Correct me if I am wrong , but the way to do it is to press SHIFT+4 where you have a choice to choose from three locations in the cabin. If I choose the F/O view, of course while in VC mode, the blue square turns red and then by double clicking it , it seems that the Virtual view resets itself and I should be in the other seat. However, this does not happen, I stay in the Captains seat. After 4 or 5 tries the view changes. I am wondering whether or not , I am doing this procedure wrong or is this a bug and I need to download an update. I am using FS9.

Its not my intention to waiste time on this forum, either yours or mine. The fact that the forum is complicated to navigate through is something you should look into. I looked into MY PROFILE and there is no sign of where the #KB is for me to look into. I have a boxed version which I purchased from a store. I am asked for order numbers and  information that I do not know where I am suppose to find. I would appreciate a reply to what seems to be a common problem amongst other simmers. According to your site, technically we who have purchased the boxed version cannot log into the MY PROFILE and access the KB of your site.
