Each time I attempt to change the acft payload (not fuel quantity), my computer automatically shuts down and reverts back to my desktop. �What am I doing wrong?

So far (Oct, 2009) no responses to this problem. Sure would like to get this mystery solved...if you can help. Thanks.

I submitted a ticket and received a response which was NOT helpful at all. They instructed me to look up KB #1004. This had nothing to do with payload. They also mentioned that this problem had already been mentioned and discussed. Funny...I'm having "problems" finding it.

Can someone PLEASE tell me how to reconfigure the PAYLOAD...NOT the fuel. � :'(
