What does this mean, and how do I fix it. No to sure what a FMC Message is so. Sorry a bit of a newcomer.

Look at FMC and see what it says. Sometimes it appears because there's difference between IRS position and FMC position. Or, the easiest way just click "cancel" button :)

And Where exactly is my FMC, also when I go to set the ILS Panel Alignment, I wait for the Alight Light to go of and then I set to nav, right after that the alight starts to flash, isn't the align light supposed to no be illuminated when you switch it over to Nav mode.

Shift+7=FMC. Aligning IRS: go to IRS panel, turn all 3 switches to NAV, wait a while, when "align" appears turn IRS display selector to "Ppos" (second click from lef to right), and enter your position using IRS buttons. Or enter your position into FMC, turn on IRS and FMC will send all data automatically to IRS.

It sounds like you have a lot to learn. Study and do the tutorial flight found on this forum, then study the manual ...... and practice .... and in a few weeks you'll be flying !
