But even when the aircraft is empty with little fuel in reality it does not take off like a Cessna.

With larger aircraft the responds are always slower.
And with larger aircraft fully loaded even more.

The larger the mass the slower the responds.
Therefor I corrected it at the base : it's flightdynamics.

Beside that you can also correct the other values like you did to mimic reality even more.    8-)
