This is not CS related.

I have it too from time to time with other addon complicated aircraft.
Mostly when I forgot to turn on ASA and do it in flight.

What you can do :
- delete your fsx.cfg file and let FSX built a new one
- Use a register editor to clean and defrag your register
- Run a spyware program
- Defrag
- Reboot
