I bit the bullet and reinstalled FSX & everything last night after I could no longer find fixes I not only used, but had documented in a screen shot.  (Otherwise I would believe I had lost my mind.)

Guess what?  They're still missing.  Oh well, a fresh install never hurt anybody.

If someone has the 0906 Navigraph update, would he be so kind as to check around KIAD to see if FNGER and PRYME are there?  I can't figure out why I had them earlier this week and now they are reported not in the database.

same on my Airacs, no FNGER and PRYME. Contact the Navigraph support on their Forum!

I did.  In the meantime, I can build my SID into my flightplan.

Apparently, an obsolete SID was included in my Navigraph KIAD charts that uses old navdata.  FSX has the fixes, since it isn't updated, but Navigraph did not.  The confusion came from the obsolete chart.  Adding to the confusion was that Navigraph probably didn't have those fixes in the previous version, either, and I must have built the SID into an FSX flight plan and imported it, rather than keying it in (although I don't remember doing it that way, it seems the most likely explanation).

So problem solved.  Hopefully Navigraph will prevent future confusion by removing the obsolete chart.
