Have the same problem.  In addition, using a normal 757 TO CG setting with the appropriate trim, on TO with hands off, the aircraft rotates before VR and gently sets itself into a climb {almost like an auto-TO}. Very nice but not what real aircraft do.

The only way I can achieve a TO where I have to physically rotate at the correct speed is to set the trim at 3.25 or less - and then TO with a Stabilizer warning on the ECAM.

Grateful for advice on how to TO properly.
