Hi everyone,
I think the new wx radar looks great, really realistic!  I only have one question though: does it actually detect the weather?  The video showed storms out in the distance, and the radar also showed storms in the distance.  But did the radar actually correlate to the actual weather in flight sim?

I've always been under the impression that flight sim's thunderstorms were distributed randomly when they were "in the vicinity" of a real word weather report (which would make a weather radar pretty well useless).  Does flight sim's weather model accurately represent frontal systems or no?
