I just punch in my ZFW, set up the plan with the fuel onboard and my reserve setting, look for what it says the burn will be, add my reserve to that and subtract it from the fuel onboard.  Change the fuel to that, and recalc.  Still have a bit more fuel aboard after that because of reduced weight meaning less burn, but it's closer than it was before. :)
