I Guess I misunderstood your question. The ULDs on the passenger part of the ACE, as I understand it, are to make the loading of your hold cargo and bagage simpler. If you set each ULD to about 1000lbs or 500kg, you should be able to load all 9 and stay under the 5 ton mark by about 1/2 a ton give or take.
