109 kts is defnitely WAY to low for a stable approach. My P**G Boeing 757-200 manual shows a minimum (!) maneuvering and landing reference speed at flaps 30 for a 757-200 with a landing weight of 160.000 lbs at 117 kts.

So did you load your 757 before using the load editor? I can only imagine that this speed may come close for a nearly empty 757 at a BOW of 114.600 lbs, no cargo and  v e r y  little fuel   ;) Anyway, I guess even then you would rather add a few extra knots just to be on the safe side of a stall.
