Cannot derate the EPR limit before take off by pressing the 1 or 2 buttons on the TRP.  When pressed either TO 1 or TO 2 appears on the EPR limit on the EICAS but the EPR limit itself stays at the TO limit and does not derate

EPR value should de rate when 1 or 2 is pressed on the TRP

Hey Rich,

this behavior is correct and was succesfully ptached by captainsim!

Check manual page 68:

Takeoff:
5- TO - maximum rated takeoff thrust
6- TO 1 - maximum rated takeoff thrust, climb one preselected
7- TO 2 - maximum rated takeoff thrust, climb two preselected

Do derate the take off thrust you have to fill in a temperature (assumed temp.) in the fmc.
