After installing and trying the Final Approach scenario, it would seem the HUD and Elevons do not respond to joystick
inputs; however, the rudder seems to work fine. Could this be an install or activation issue? Note other FSX aircraft respond to joystick inputs as expected.

The Shuttle is on autopilot by default, you'll have to take it off auto to have manual control.
