I think if they did this it would take away from the realism that they are trying to achieve.

Yes there is no gps because its unrealistic to have on this kind of commercial airliner. Either add it yourself or learn to fly properly.

Don't worry John Max. If, when the 777 Base Pack comes out, it does not have a GPS (which I doubt that it will), It will be one of the first things I add to it. I use the GPS to get the ILS, VOR, NDB, ATIS, Tower, Ground frequencies while in flight. It beats going to the map to get it during a flight. I use it as a map so I can see where, in the world, I am during a flight.

If others don't want to do it, that's perfectly fine. We all do things our own way to get our enjoyment out of FSX. Wink

Try Map! from Feelthere.  It works with any aircraft.

I already have Map and it's a nice addition to have in an airliner, but it does not provide the info on the destination airport (like I mentioned previously). Wink
