Captain Sim Community Forum Rules and Guidelines 1. TECHNICAL SUPPORT This is not technical support forum. For technical support please check-in to Your Profile at www.captainsim.com/support 2. CS Team members Captain Sim Team members when possible visit the Forums and respond to as many postings and as quickly as they can. But please do not expect our response to every posting on the Forums. All "bumps" will be deleted. Those customers with appropriate knowledge and experience with our products may answer questions or give advice. 3. BUSINESS HOURS CS Support and PR office business hours are: Monday-Friday 7:00-16:00 GMT. Also they are closed on Ukrainian holidays. 4. Please DO NOT promote or mention other aircraft add-ons developers' products in your posts, nether Freeware nor Payware. 5. Please DO NOT ask us to provide release dates, features lists, previews, progress reports or any other info on our products in development. We at CS work according to our internal development schedule that depends on quite a number of CS internal and general market conditions. a. We release all products as soon as they are ready to be released. b. We post all product features, release plans, announces, progress reports and any other info at www.captainsim.com as soon as they are ready to be posted. 6. Please DO NOT mess with our sensored words filter. For "smart" typing like W.a.t.e.r. users will be banned from the forum without explanations. 7. The fact you are our paying customer does not affect the forum rules. You purchase a PRODUCT (thank you!) but not a right to abuse the forum rules. 8. PRODUCT IMPROVEMENTS If you have some product improvement request you can post it at 'It would be nice' Forums. 9. LANGUAGE Please keep in mind none of our team members is a native English speaker. Therefore our responses always informative and short and might sound 'rude' to some native English speakers. 10. BUSINESS ADVICE If you have some piece of business advice please sent it privately using Contact Us All Forum comments concerning Captain Sim company and\or its business will be removed. 11. 'HURRY UP' POSTINGS All 'hurry up' kind of postings will be deleted regardless of content. 12. This Forum is a private forum. The right to "free speech" does not apply here.
