VC Passenger cabin option greyed out

Hello everybody!

Just a quick question:

Is it normal that the point "VC passanger cabin" is greyed out in the ACE?
I would like to remove the cabin from the VC for performance reasons.

Also in the manual you can see on page 41 that this point is grayed out.

Will this feature come later?
