Will the captain sim c 130 work in fsx-se because I've downloaded the demo for it and it won't lift off the Runway and the yoke isn't showing?

Thanks in advance

Yes. The C-130 X-perience should work just fine in FSX-SE. It works great in FSX-SE for me.  Wink

Last night I tried several times to load the Captain Sim C130 in FSX-SE, and each time it failed to load.  The Event Viewer said the faulting application was fsx.exe, and the faulting module was MSVCR80.dll.  Today I reinstalled this aircraft from the Captain Sim website and the installation had no issues.  Started FSX-SE and loaded the C-130 at KSEA.  Had to approve several gauge files..., as is normally the case for any new aircraft.  The plane loaded normally.  I have not tried to fly it yet.  Control-E is not sufficient to start the engines.

You may want to try reinstalling the C-130 from the Captain Sim website as I did.  It wanted to install using the path to FSX, and I had to change that to the path for FSX-SE.  Be sure to make that change, and then it should install correctly.  Good luck!

Antonov225 was/is using the C-130 X-Perience Demo, which is limited in the amount of things you can do with it:

Quote:
Please note, the following features are not included in the Free Demo:
• Extensive Systems Programming
• Realistic Flight Model (flight controls locked in the Demo)
• Custom system sounds
• Authentic Sound Set (alias to default Beechcraft sounds in the Demo)
• Repaint Kit

And I forgot to mention the following at the end of my replay:
The Free Demo must be uninstalled prior to any C-130 X-perience product installation!   Wink
