727-200 v. 2.7 installer not working

I have downloaded the 727 2.7 updates.  The -100 and the freighters installed fine, but the -200 installer  (running as admin) is just giving me the eternal spinning orb.

Running FSX Boxed on Win7 64.
  

I5-6600K @4.2 GHZ | GTX-1070 | 32GB RAM | Windows 7/10 Dual Boot on SSD and M.2
FSX-Acceleration | P3D 4.5 | MSFS 2020

I tried it again with avast anti-virus temporarily disabled, it worked.
