Please see system requirements. Currently we do not support our products in WIindows 10.

I don't think it's the fault of Windows 10, Ace and the aircraft work perfectly well for me.

Perhaps you could try running it as an administrator.

Tks, now i return to win 8.1 and the ACE runs but no window appears, so only in task bar but no pop up window

I had the same problem in Win 10 with the 707 and got the same reply from the support desk (do not support Win 10).  However I also found that people had the same problem in Windows 8.1 so what's the point.

To solve it I went in and found the .exe file (in mine it's in the root FSX folder, Captain Sim, 707, ACE folder).

I then pinned to my taskbar and set it to run as administrator.  Since then it has worked correctly for pre-flight (only thing I have used it for so far).  Remember to save whatever payload you set.

Did find that to make it apply the payload you have to go to the FSX Aircraft Menu and change the aircraft (even if you "change" it to the same aircraft)...then it will apply what you saved in ACE.

Wish I could get it to show up on the "add-ons" tab in FSX...but this does work.
