707 works in P3D v2.5!

Hi.

Just to let you know.

I made a (clean) install of Cs 707 in P3D v2.5 on my new win 8.1 64 bit system with help of Migration Tool from Flightsim Estonia. The antivirussoftware was disabled, and now my 707 Works great WITH undercarriage, sound and lights  Smiley

I tried the same thing with the Tristar, and it worked just as well, but the aircraft crashes the sim, so a lttle more Work is needed. Has anyone any hints regarding the Tristar in P3d?

Are you using the L-1011 for FSX in P3D v2.5?

Edited:
I'm doing a flight in the L-1011 now, and it works perfectly. BUT I am flying the L-1011 for P3D v2!

Hi Mark.
Sorry for the late reply.Lots to do!
I am using the FSX edition of the Tristar, and that explains the problem. Smiley

I'm pretty sure that the L-1011 for FSX worked fine in P3Dv2. You would need to look through the 1011 Captain (FSX) - General forum to see if I had any problems when using the FSX version in P3Dv2, and what those problems were.

EDIT (Mar 13th, 2015 at 5:57am): Just testing the 1011 Captain for FSX in P3Dv2.5 (in Windows 7). It shows up fine (the landing gear is visible). BUT...
The Battery Switch doesn't work
The EP shows that it's available on the Simicons panel, but is not available in the VC (EP Switch does nothing).
The APU can't be started.
Without those, there is no way to do anything in/with the L-1011 except admire the aircraft. Sad

I tried your method for the 707. Uninstall, clean registry through regedit. So far no luck on getting the landing gear to show. Am I missing anything?
