hi when I go into ace for the 767 it say demo mode activate product.how do I do this I've never had to do this before.

KB #4662 has a link to a replacement ACE. Check-in to Your Profile > Product > Customer Support > Search KB or Submit New Ticket, and do a search for KB #4662 (without the #).
