The problem could be in the panel.

Open the panel.cfg and see what it has in there. Most gauges should be entered similarly to this one:

gauge01=..\..\CS_C130\panel\Captain_Sim.c130.main!main, 15,0,10,10

Or it could be in the model. So make sure that the model.cfg has this:

[models]
normal=..\..\CS_EX2_C130\model\c130-13
interior=..\..\CS_EX2_C130\model\c130-13_interior

Hope this helps.

My panel.cfg and the model looks like that, but it doesn't help! Sad
All other variants work.

Something is missing. Make sure that the file/folder structure of the LC130 is correct

folders in CS_EX2_LC130:

model.13
model.13g
panel
panel.g
sound
texture.us_pol

files in CS_EX2_LC130:

aircraft(.cfg)
C130(.air)

Is the entry in the aircraft.cfg the same as this:

[fltsim.0]
title=CS LC130Extra2 0
sim=C130
model=13
panel=
sound=
texture=us_pol
kb_checklists=
kb_reference=
atc_id=130
atc_airline=
atc_flight_number=
ui_manufacturer=Lockheed
ui_type="LC-130"
ui_variation="US NAVY (polar)"
ui_typerole="Multi-Engine TurboProp"
ui_createdby="Captain Sim"
description="'C-130 X-perience' Pro Pack v.1.3\n(c) 2008 Captain Sim www.captainsim.com"
flg="USA"

Make sure that sim=C130 is there and correct. If it isn't then you won't see the model either.

The problem is solved. A new installation helps, but I have another problem with the LC. I think it's a problem with the gear. The Lc leaned.
I've seen that there is a Problem with ext tanks. There is only ext.2 filled. I can't fill ext.1

Hi,
I've tested something and it's a problem with the external tanks. If I uncheck the box in ACE everthing is normal and if I use the ext. tanks engine 1 and 4 are both off and the Herc. cranked to the right side. If I go to the default fuel I can see that the ext.1 is empty and I cannot fill it up. Any ideas?
Sorry for my bad english!

Greetings

Try running the C-130 ACE as an administrator (Windows Vista/7) by Right Mouse Button clicking on the ACE, select Run as administrator from the list that pops up. Then add or remove the External Fuel Tanks  (saving between changes) and see if that helps.

Is this only happening with the LC-130? Or is it happening on other C-130's as well?

The problem is with all models. I can't fill the left ext. tank. If I increase the fuel level with the default FSX mode (on my it's button W) every gauge gets up to full except ext. left tank. And when I go to the FSX Fuel and Loadout manager ext. right is 100 and ext. left is 0. When I change ext. 1 to 100 and press ok to save You can see the gauge an the Airplane increase to normal level and then fall down to 0 ! Always only the ext. left (1) on every model! The screenshot shows the 130E

Thank You and please help me  Embarrassed

Is the W key set to Fuel quantity (increase)?
On mine, using that setting, I can fill all the fuel tanks except for both of the external fuel tanks. It's strange that you can fill one external fuel tank but not the other, while I can't fill either of them.

Yes it is. With W I cannot fill the ext. tanks too. If that is normal, then it worked right. The one ext. tank I can only fill with the FSX fuel and loadout window. I have done a reinstall as admin., but always the same problem with all models.

To be honest I can understand why one Ext. Fuel Tank gets full, while the other does not. I would have thought it would either work or not work (as is the case for me) when filling the Ext Fuel Tanks.

Have you tried filling the External 1 tank using the ALT > Aircraft > Fuel and Payload > Change Fuel and adding 100% to the Ext 1 tank?

Yes I have, but this don't work. With this method I only can fill the EXT.2 tank. I can change the EXT.1 to 100 and when I'm back in the VC I can see that EXT.1 was up and fall down to 0. If I change EXT.2 to 50 or what else everything is ok and worked. The problem is only with the EXT.1. The only way for me to have the plane stand straight is to set EXT.2 to 0. Is there a text for the tanks in the CFG about how many ext tanks like the 767 has it with the winglets ( 0 or 1)? Or what change the ACE?

Greetings

Try this. Open the C-130 ACE. Select the LC-130. Select the option to remove the eternal tanks. Press SAVE. Run FSX and select the LC-130, and check the fuel by remove all fuel. Add fuel using your W key. See if it fills all the tanks. Exit FSX.

Go back to the C-130 ACE. Select the LC-130. Add the external tanks. Press SAVE. Run FSX and select the LC-130, and check the fuel by remove all fuel. Add fuel using your W key.

I'm just trying to see if removing the external tanks and adding them again will sort it out.
