Changing 64bite To 32bit Internet Explorer?

Print Post
Hi out there,

Please, if anyone could explain how to change Windows 7 Professional Internet Explorer 64-bit to 32-bit, would be appreciated, as I cannot log on to 'Suport Page'.

Revd out line in a previous posting this problem. Apparently the problem is solved by chaging from the 64-bit to 32-bit Internet Explorer resolves the problem.

John

Everytime I try to enter the CS website I am held for around 5 seconds before being constantly, automatically transferred to a new page: 'www.captainsim.com/?fb_xd_fragment#?=&cb=f2256c4f48e5348&relation=parent.parent&....' which is blank. The same happens when I try to check in - also I keep getting told that teh security number is wrong and it is not. Have read the section on 'logging in' problems and these have not done any good, sadly. Can anyone help, does anyone know what is going on? I am thinking of purchacing 707 but cannot at the moment, it;s driving me nuts

Reply #1 - Dec 25th, 2010, 12:00pm    I've found the answer to my own question. So, for anyone else who might encounte4r this problem, I was using a 64bit browser. Must use 32bit, or there will be various problems with some sites.

Hi.

Press START > All Program > Internet Explorer (not Internet Explorer (64-bit)). I have attached an image to show both Internet Explorer and Internet Explorer (64-bit).

Hope this helps
