BEFORE loading the CS 727 load the default Cessna 172. Once the C172 is loaded make sure the Master Avionics Switch is turned on. Then you can load the CS 727.

I found that the Master Avionics Switch is either off by default or turns off after engine shut down .... maybe I am wrong about that, but several "issues" were corrected for me after loading the default C172, then the CS 727.

You can also set a keyboard command for the master avionics switch via the menu.
